About the Role:
As a Business Development Manager at SSC.AI, you’ll be responsible for expanding our footprint in the enterprise market by securing new clients and driving significant revenue growth. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles and your expertise in conversational AI solutions to identify qualified leads, build strong relationships with decision-makers, and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy targeting enterprise-level clients
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify and qualify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective client organizations
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of SSC.AI solutions
- Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships
- Exceed assigned sales quotas and contribute to achieving overall company growth targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless client experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably focused on enterprise software solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas consistently
- Deep understanding of the enterprise sales cycle and ability to navigate complex decision-making processes
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of SSC.AI solutions
- Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based solutions is a plus
- Demonstrated knowledge of conversational AI and its applications in lead generation and customer service
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
